The UCM analyzes the social networks in the “III Congress the International of Journalism in the Network”
The Universidad Complutense of Madrid organizes days 23 and of 24 April The III International Congress of Journalism in the Network: Forum Web 2.0. Social Blogs, Wikies, Networks and e-Participation.
The necessity to establish the characteristics of the evolutionary moment at which is the media at the present time and its relation with the network is the departure point of this congress that already goes by his third edition. In this opportunity, they will be the social networks the center of the communications and the debates. The discussion on the tendencies of the professional media and the new digital technologies, the expansion of the phenomenon blog and the wikies will allow to know the surroundings Internet and its application like new communication channel and information.
The congress will analyze the new concept of journalism in the network and the citizen participation through the tools of the Web 2.0.
